If you’re reading this page, you’ve already made a huge step towards helping yourself feel better. It can be difficult to ask for help and it takes courage.

What you are experiencing matters. Emotions are a part of all of our lives, and can be affected by many circumstances, and at other times seemingly appear from nowhere. Experiencing these emotions can feel lonely and sometimes unbearable. My role is to walk alongside you on your journey as you adjust, connect with yourself, and eventually become free of the burdens of life that weigh you down. I will help you to find ways that work for you to empower you for the rest of your life.

Counselling is not an easy journey, but it is one worth taking. It could be the key to freeing yourself from the shackles that hold you down.

What I offer

Online Counselling

I offer counselling for individuals from all walks of life. I am located in Chester and offer face-to-face counselling from my office. I also offer online and telephone counselling UK-wide if you would prefer the comfort of your own home, or if travelling is difficult for you.

My commitment to you

I will provide a judgement-free and confidential space for you. My role is to create an environment in which you feel safe enough to explore anything you want without the fear of judgment, and to give you the help that you want and deserve. You may find exploring some events and feelings difficult, so we can progress at a pace that you find comfortable. My aim is to provide understanding, support, and ultimately, I will help you discover your own resources that may be hidden within to help you understand and cope with your feelings and experiences. I can help you to understand and heal anxiety, or any other feelings that you do not wish to carry, allowing you to live the full and fulfilled life that you deserve.
